Installation and maintenance of electric ball valve

The electric ball valve has an action of rotating 90 degrees, the plug body is a sphere, and has a circular through hole or passage through its axis.     Electric ball valves are most suitable for use as switching and shut-off valves, but recent developments have designed ball valves to provide throttling and control flow, such as fully welded ball valves. It is suitable for general working media such as water, solvent, acid and natural gas, and is also suitable for medium with harsh working conditions, such as oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, methane and ethylene. It is widely used in various industries. The ball valve body may be integral or combined.

    The installation and maintenance of the floating ball valve mainly has the following points:

    1. The ball valve can be disassembled and disassembled only by the pressure before and after the trunnion ball valve is removed.

    2. When the ball valve body is reassembled, the bolts must be tightened symmetrically, gradually and evenly.

    3. The cleaning agent should be compatible with the rubber parts, plastic parts, metal parts and working medium (such as gas) in the ball valve. When the working medium is gas, the metal parts can be cleaned with gasoline (GB484-89). Non-metallic parts are cleaned with purified water or alcohol.

    4. The individual parts that have been disassembled can be cleaned by dipping. When cleaning, remove all grease, dirt, glue, dust, etc. that adhere to the wall.

    If the metal parts that have not been decomposed into non-metallic parts are left, clean and clean the cloth impregnated with the cleaning agent (to prevent the fibers from falling off and sticking to the parts).
